Eligibility Requirements for the Knight-Hennessy Scholars Program

Furthermore, the applicant must meet the following criteria  in order to be considered eligible for the Knight-Hennessy scholarship:

  • Firstly, you must have to apply, be accepted, and enroll in a full-time graduate degree program in Stanford University.  Each incoming Knight-Hennessy Scholar must be a newly enrolling student in a Stanford graduate program including, but not limited to, DMA, JD, MA, MBA, MD, MFA, MPP, MS, or PhD programs. There are no quotas by discipline or program. Note that we will give priority consideration to those who will spend at least two years studying at Stanford.
  • Secondly, you must have earned, in January 2015 or later, a U.S. bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a college or university of recognized standing. Moreover, to apply to  join in the cohort in 2022, you must have earned a bachelor’s degree by January 2015 or later. Also, you must have earned a bachelor’s degree by January 2016 or later in order to apply to join the cohort 2023.
